Web3 Product Manager

Orderly Network is a permissionless, decentralized exchange protocol and modular ecosystem built on NEAR. Introduction

Orderly Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Product Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our decentralized exchange protocol and modular ecosystem built on NEAR. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a pioneering project that aims to deliver a best-in-class professional trading experience in the permissionless crypto world.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own product initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and validate user needs.
• Drive the creation of industry-leading trading and developer experiences.
• Work with development teams to identify technical bottlenecks and define feasible approaches for new feature and product development within given constraints.
• Develop clear and concise product specifications, outlining expectations, scope, and requirements.
• Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights, inform robust product strategies, and guide decision-making.
• Prioritize work, conduct risk analysis, assist with resource allocation, and negotiate tradeoffs.
• Develop and execute strategies to build public awareness and attraction for the Orderly Network vision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with SaaS products.
• Experience in creating product strategy and incubating products from 0 to 1 (for Senior roles).
• Experience in building trading or DeFi products (for Senior roles).
• Proven ability to build, or commitment to building, diverse and inclusive product teams.
• Experience in successfully shipping creative and impactful products to retail users.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, capable of clear and direct communication, and committed to task completion.
• Adept at managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Familiarity with the NEAR blockchain and its ecosystem.
• Experience with financial instruments such as Spot/Margin trading, Futures, and Lending & Borrowing.
