Introduction

Bitpanda is seeking a highly motivated Web3 Market Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment within our Market Operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Markets in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Orchestrate outcomes, impact, and effectively resolve key blockers across all Markets functions.
• Act as the central coordination point, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Own execution tracking, including roadmap management, issue tracking, and delivery oversight.
• Enable Market functions by driving solution design and removing barriers to ensure efficient and scalable operations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience (or strong internships) in trading, market operations, or financial services.
• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, capable of driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Highly structured and analytical with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively.
• Good understanding of trading, the end-to-end (front-to-back) lifecycle, and market operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially when interacting with Trading, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
