As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business impact through data, working closely with Product Teams to measure outcomes, generate insights, and shape strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Teams to create and track metrics across products.
• Act as a steward for data standards and share actionable insights.
• Utilize data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate outcomes and insights clearly.
• Build dashboards and data infrastructure to support a coherent tech and data ecosystem.
• Develop and improve our data stack to provide timely and structured access to data for our teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel), data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio), and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Ability to identify root causes of changes in key metrics and validate hypotheses through testing.
• Strong understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques.
• Experience handling sensitive data and exercising sound judgment and discretion.
• Independence in determining and establishing data analysis priorities, balancing ongoing projects with requests from multiple team members.
• Action-oriented, a simplifier, and an excellent communicator, consistently striving for clarity and delivery.
