Product Manager (Launchpad, Crowdfunding)

Grovsta is a global player in the revolutionary blockchain industry, focused on developing and enhancing cryptocurrency launchpad and crowdfunding platforms.

Introduction

We are seeking a Product Manager to research, develop, and enhance our Launchpad (Crowdfunding) platform. You will be responsible for designing and building systems from scratch, including customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, and token-sale infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on accelerating change and executing our product pipeline within a global, partnered player in the blockchain industry. A strong interest in crypto and blockchain technologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and oversee the cryptocurrency Launchpad and its product roadmap.
• Actively seek and integrate user and developer feedback into product development activities.
• Define and execute a go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across product management, marketing, and sales teams.
• Continuously review business needs, identify opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting for post-launch performance.
• Maintain high transparency, thorough communication, and documentation using tools like Telegram, Slite, Confluence, Jira, and GitHub.
• Research and report on competitor activities.

Requirements

• Experience with crowdfunding or launchpad products and platforms.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the technology space, preferably with crypto and DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology).
• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI team members to deliver end-to-end customer experience integration and manage dependencies.
• Develop detailed specifications for product features to ensure clear understanding by development teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and methods.
• Experience conducting user testing, gathering insights, and modifying designs based on feedback.
• Proven ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
• Extremely organized, responsive, and accountable.
