Introduction

Are you an information security specialist looking to play a crucial role in protecting sensitive data? Then the Information Security Officer (ISO) position at Team Rockstars IT is for you! We are seeking a driven professional to elevate our information security to the next level.

Responsibilities

As an Information Security Officer, you will be central to all our information security activities. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information. You will collaborate closely with various departments and advise them on information security best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and updating information security policies and associated procedures.
• Conducting risk analyses and advising on appropriate measures.
• Coordinating audits and guiding certification processes (e.g., ISO 27001).
• Providing awareness training for employees.
• Monitoring security incidents and coordinating responses.
• Advising on the implementation of security solutions and technologies.
• Staying up-to-date with developments in information security and relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable knowledge of information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NEN 7510).
• Experience with risk management and conducting audits.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
