We are looking for a Working Student to join our Operations Team in Amsterdam! Our mission in the Operations Department is to provide outstanding and timely support to our customers, while enabling our internal teams to effectively manage risks. As the Payments Operations team, we’re a first point of contact for the operational elements of a Mollie account. This is where you come in! Our team is looking for a Working Student to work closely with us as an Operations Specialist for at least 6 months, for one or two days a week. We are looking for someone with a proactive, inquisitive, and customer-centric mindset, who is eager to learn and improve processes with us.

What you'll be doing: Support the Payments Operations team in day-to-day operations and help resolve operational queries from customers and internal teams. Maintain and update operational data and internal documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals. Utilize various internal tools and systems to manage tasks and track progress. Support project initiatives with administrative and research tasks. What you'll need: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. Fluency in Dutch is a plus. Bonus points: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Slack.
