Responsibilities

• Analyze complex Web3 security cases and identify recurring attack patterns to develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively identify gaps in existing operational workflows and propose systematic improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with AI agents to refine security insights into a high-quality knowledge base, thereby boosting the team's collective intelligence and operational speed.
• Stay abreast of emerging fraud techniques and evolving Web3 product logic, translating these trends into actionable defense strategies.
• Work closely with engineering and strategy teams to automate manual analysis into detection rules.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in anti-fraud, risk control, or blockchain-related fields.
• Proven ability to handle complex problems through a structured and systematic approach.
• Excellent skills in deconstructing complicated scams or technical exploits into clear, logical steps. While deep coding skills are not required, a sharp mind for technical logic and user-flow sequences is essential.
• Fast learner with a strong interest in AI, understanding how to leverage AI tools to scale output and improve team data quality.
• Capable of writing clear, professional documentation and communicating effectively within a global team environment.
• Familiarity with DeFi, Wallet products, and the unique security challenges within the general Web3 ecosystem.
