Introduction

Fortress Blockchain Technologies is seeking a skilled Product Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to have a significant early impact, own product outcomes, and contribute to the go-to-market strategy of a well-funded Web3 company. The company is focused on building financial, regulatory, and technology infrastructure for the Web3 space, offering services such as compliance, payments, custody, escrow, crypto liquidity, a token minting engine, and an NFT/crypto wallet.

Responsibilities

• Help define the product roadmap, covering MVP definition & design, alpha/beta versions, and go-to-market phases.
• Partner with the research and development team to define strategic product direction, vision, strategy, and prioritized use cases.
• Drive the return on investment (ROI) for product development alongside the product triad (product, design & engineering).
• Champion the voice of the customer, understanding target market segments, UX personas, pain points, and customer journeys.
• Deliver measurable business impact by aligning team efforts with the highest value opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in startup and high-growth environments.
• Experience in scaling products from MVP to mass commercialization.
• Experience in building and growing efficient and effective product teams.
• Experience managing or collaborating with engineers and designers.
• Familiarity with standard product management tools, roadmaps, and analytics (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Highly skilled in analysis, with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.
• Strong product intuition and judgment, especially when information and time are constrained.
• Seeking growth, impact, and autonomy.
• Driven to work with conscientious, diverse, high-performing, and talented experts.
