Introduction

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a talented and experienced Web3 Earn Product Operations Specialist. This role is crucial for managing and expanding Binance's on-chain earning products within the Web3 Wallet ecosystem. You will be instrumental in conducting due diligence, product operations, and research to offer innovative DeFi earning opportunities to our global user base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and monitor funds in on-chain projects.
• Manage wallet protocol launches and decommissions, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Perform daily product maintenance and conduct acceptance testing for new products.
• Collaborate with project teams to build campaign products aligned with Web3 Wallet Earn requirements.
• Set standards, define requirements, and track progress for Booster Earn products.
• Continuously explore new on-chain earning opportunities and propose product solutions for integration into the wallet Earn product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Deep involvement in on-chain DeFi earning projects, with a strong understanding of on-chain product mechanisms.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research and audits of on-chain projects.
• Possess both product thinking and an operational mindset, with the ability to drive improvements in user experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
