Introduction

This team member plays a vital role in leading and growing our global network of community managers. You'll be responsible for fostering a thriving community environment, providing strategic direction, and collaborating with internal and client teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global team of community managers across multiple projects/clients.
• Partner with clients to develop and implement effective community engagement strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Discord, Telegram, and Galxe channels for various clients.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard talented community managers from around the world.
• Proactively engage with the community, fostering a positive, informed environment.
• Work with your team to develop and execute online events, games, demos, and AMAs to drive community growth and education.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web3 trends and dynamics, ensuring a deep understanding of the current landscape.
• Serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating proactive and optimistic engagement.
• Empower and identify key community members with strong contributions, encouraging them to join the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and growing online communities for web3 projects or gaming communities.
• Strong understanding of web3 concepts and the current blockchain landscape.
• Experience with Discord, Telegram, and Galxe platforms.
• Familiarity with Airdrop campaigns and Discord bots.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Passion for web3 and a dedication to building thriving online communities.
