About the Position

Introduction

Anchorage Digital is seeking a visionary and experienced VP of Product to lead and scale our GENIUS Act-compliant stablecoin issuance business. This pivotal role operates at the nexus of traditional finance and programmable digital money, engaging directly with major U.S. banks and ecosystem partners. You will be instrumental in shaping the core primitives and operational processes powering regulated stablecoin issuance, contributing significantly to a rapidly evolving financial landscape. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to become a "true stablecoin expert" within the industry.

Responsibilities

Drive Technical Sales & Implementation with Banks (25%): Partner with leading U.S. banks and financial institutions to understand their needs and implement stablecoin solutions for treasury management, cross-border settlement, client offerings, etc. Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into compelling, deployable solutions.
Build & Strengthen the Partner Ecosystem (25%): Collaborate with exchanges, card networks, payment companies, foreign banks, asset managers, and other key players to deliver best-in-class features and co-develop capabilities, positioning our stablecoins as the preferred infrastructure.
Ensure Institutional-Grade Compliance & Operations (25%): Lead cross-functional processes with compliance, regulatory, finance, accounting, treasury management, operations, and audit teams. Maintain the highest regulatory standards while fostering speed and innovation.
Work Hand-in-Hand with Engineering (25%): Define and prioritize core product features by deeply scoping problems, articulating constraints, and co-creating solutions with engineering. Help build foundational primitives for the next generation of stablecoin use cases and tokenization.

Requirements

Proven track record of defining stablecoin issuance product strategy, primitives, and roadmap across onboarding, mint/burn, controls, reporting/attestations, and integrations.
Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical constraints into clear product requirements and partner-ready implementations.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs across compliance, regulatory, finance/accounting, treasury, operations, audit, business development, and engineering in high-stakes environments.
Demonstrated capability to drive outcomes that scale issuance volume, expand partner ecosystems, and improve time-to-implement while maintaining institutional-grade controls.
Familiarity with OCC/banking-grade governance, auditability expectations, and risk management practices to enable responsible innovation.
A track record of building strong cross-functional operating rhythms and decision-making frameworks that sustain delivery without compromising controls.
Ability to influence senior bank executives and internal leaders through crisp narratives, effective tradeoff framing, and clear execution plans.
Skill in aligning technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders on sequencing, launch readiness, and success metrics.
Proven ability to run end-to-end cross-functional programs in regulated environments (risk, controls, audit, policy, compliance).
Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level customers/partners and deep technical counterparts.
Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

Direct experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or institutional crypto infrastructure.
Experience building platform products and partner ecosystems (APIs, integrations, co-development).
Prior work in or with federally regulated financial institutions (bank controls/governance).
