About the Position

Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quant Trader (VP) to join our dynamic Quant Trading team in Hong Kong. This role is crucial for developing and implementing sophisticated trading strategies across various crypto products, including spot and derivatives, within a fast-paced and complex trading environment.

Responsibilities

Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient trading operations and task execution.
Monitor and report daily market sentiment, risk exposures, profit & loss (P&L), and other key metrics.
Conduct thorough post-trade analysis to continuously improve trading strategies and algorithmic performance.
Collaborate closely with trading developers to enhance pricing, trading, and booking logic.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systematic or electronic trading environments.
Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong commitment to continuous technical skill development.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance work output and efficiency.
Exceptional analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
Proven capability to perform efficiently and effectively under high-pressure situations.
