UX/UI Designer

Introduction

This role at Aon Corporation is focused on more than just aesthetics; it's about architecting the intelligent interface for a large e-commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading the shift towards automated, AI-assisted design, utilizing semantic tokens and intelligent components to ensure generative tools create structurally sound, engineering-ready layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition towards automated, AI-assisted design by managing a sophisticated system of semantic tokens and intelligent components.
• Ensure generative tools produce layouts that are structurally sound and ready for engineering.
• Prime generative tools like Figma Make to understand the specific visual and logic constraints of the insurance industry.
• Deep dive into prompt engineering, structuring tasks and context for AI outputs that meet accessible, WCAG-compliant standards.
• Empower non-designers to 'vibe-code' their conceptual prototypes by providing AI-ready frameworks.
• Leverage advanced Figma tooling (variables, auto-layout, AI) to maintain 50+ diverse sites with minimal manual overhead.
• Act as a technical mentor, teaching Product Managers to use AI-assisted tools responsibly and effectively.
• Move from manual pixel-pushing to high-level architectural oversight in a fast-paced, virtual-first environment.

Requirements

• Experience in UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency with Figma, including variables, auto-layout, and AI functionalities.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of design systems and semantic design tokens.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, including WCAG compliance.
• Ability to architect system-level design solutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, virtual-first environment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional enablement and mentoring.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma Make.
• Background in the insurance industry.
• Understanding of e-commerce ecosystems.
