Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a highly skilled and design-literate UX Researcher to join our Product Management team. This role is embedded within a product team focused on crafting exceptional trading interfaces for a global professional user base. You will conduct rigorous research to uncover insights that directly shape product decisions and improve the user experience of our exchange and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive research studies, including interviews, usability tests, and surveys, to deeply understand trader needs and behaviors.
• Evaluate design quality through heuristic reviews, usability testing, and expert evaluations.
• Translate complex research findings into compelling, actionable insights that drive product decisions and enhance UX.
• Collaborate closely with designers to test prototypes early and facilitate the rapid iteration of product improvements.
• Present research outcomes to cross-functional teams, fostering a strong, organization-wide empathy for users.
• Establish and optimize research operations, manage participant recruitment, and implement best practices for UX research.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UX research experience, with a preference for backgrounds in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B products.
• Strong understanding of design principles and a demonstrated ability to evaluate interface quality.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A portfolio or case studies showcasing the impact of your research on product design.
• High curiosity and learning agility, with the ability to quickly become a domain expert in complex areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with trading concepts such as order books, limit orders, and technical indicators, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience researching for professional power users with high expectations.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma for analyzing prototypes and providing actionable design feedback.
