This role focuses heavily (75% hands-on) on leveraging conversational AI and intelligent data visualization. Responsibilities

This role is designed for individuals who view AI as a collaborative partner. You will:

• Utilize vibe coding principles and tools such as Figma AI, Midjourney, and Galileo to accelerate UI generation.
• Lead the evolution of a design system that prioritizes AI-enhanced accessibility and automated testing.
• Build and iterate on intelligent conversational flows and data-rich interfaces through rapid prototyping.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Figma, AI features, and Data Visualization.
• Leadership: Experience in Team Management, Product Collaboration, and Design Strategy.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile Context and Rapid Iteration.
• Mindset: A forward-thinking approach to AI integration in design.
• Attributes: Strong focus on Accessibility, Talent Development, and Change Management.
• Language: Bilingualism.
