About the Position
Introduction
Are you looking to develop into a Business Information Advisor within the government and work on impactful societal issues? During this traineeship, you will learn how to optimally align processes, data, and information provision with the organization's needs. Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for smarter, faster, or better improvements.
- Translate business questions into concrete process and IT improvements.
- Engage with stakeholders and users to uncover genuine needs.
- Identify bottlenecks and actively contribute to solutions.
- Participate in implementations and testing of new (digital) solutions.
- Collaborate with both business and IT to implement impactful improvements.
- Develop into a fully-fledged Business Information Advisor with increasing responsibility.
Requirements
- HBO or WO (Dutch equivalent of Bachelor's or Master's degree) thinking level.
- Interest in how processes, data, and IT converge.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly connect ideas.
- Communicative and not afraid to ask questions.
- Proactive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Eager to learn and ambitious to grow within the field.
- Initial experience with process analysis, IT, or data (e.g., internship) is a plus.
- Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
