About the Position

Introduction

Binance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trading Support Specialist to join our VIP & Institutional team, focusing on the MENA region. This role is crucial for providing dedicated, high-quality support to our most valuable customers and institutions, ensuring their seamless experience with Binance's diverse product offerings.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP and institutional clients, providing dedicated and prompt support across various communication channels.
Offer comprehensive guidance and support to VIP customers regarding the integration and utilization of Binance's systems, including API usage.
Act as the first line of support for all account- and system-related issues.
Represent VIP customers to internal teams (e.g., Account Management, Finance, Risk, Product) to advocate for their needs.
Collect customer feedback and manage projects to implement product change requirements.
Keep customers informed of system and product updates to ensure timely awareness of major changes.
Play a client manager role, actively supporting client growth and business development.
Participate in an on-call rotation as required by the business.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client or trading desk support role within financial services.
Solid understanding of trading platforms and exchanges, including knowledge of trading orders and execution processes.
Proven ability to resolve issues under high pressure with outstanding problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, essential for facilitating cross-departmental coordination.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatory for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Understanding of crypto derivative trading products.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience in API trading is a strong plus.
Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, such as blockchain transactions, is a strong plus.
Knowledge of derivative and other trading products (e.g., futures) is a strong plus.
