Introduction

Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Trading Support Specialist to join our VIP & Institutional team. This role is crucial for providing top-tier client and trading desk support to our high-value clients across the LATAM region, ensuring seamless trading experiences and fostering client growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client and trading desk support for VIP and Institutional clients.
• Assist clients with understanding and utilizing Binance's trading platforms, order types, and execution processes.
• Act as a client manager, supporting client growth and business development initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex trading-related issues under pressure.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client/trading desk support role within financial services.
• Solid understanding of trading platforms and exchange operations, including knowledge of various trading orders and execution processes.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency derivative trading products.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently under high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
• Bilingual English is mandatory to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in API trading.
• Strong understanding of fundamental cryptocurrency concepts, such as blockchain transactions.
• Knowledge of derivatives and other advanced trading products, including futures.
