Introduction

Crypto.com is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trader specializing in Delta One derivatives to join our Quant Trading team in Singapore. This role is crucial for managing risks and developing sophisticated trading strategies within a fast-paced and complex crypto trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trading strategies for various crypto products, including spot and derivatives.
• Develop and implement advanced quantitative trading models and algorithms.
• Monitor market conditions and identify trading opportunities.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with crypto derivatives trading.
• Collaborate with other quantitative traders, developers, and researchers to enhance trading infrastructure and strategies.
• Maintain clarity of purpose while pushing research in new and uncharted directions.
• Take full ownership of trading strategies and associated risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the crypto industry.
• Strong programming proficiency (3+ years experience) in Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity and experience working in a LINUX environment.
• Energetic individual with a strong desire to innovate and take initiative.
• Exceptional mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with specific Delta One products or strategies.
• Prior experience in high-frequency trading or algorithmic trading.
