Test Engineer

Introduction

Experis is seeking a Test Engineer to join a dynamic ICT department focused on insurance. You will be an integral part of various DevOps teams dedicated to software development and IT infrastructure management, contributing to the digitalization of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft test plans, scenarios, cases, and reports.
• Analyze and elaborate on functional and technical specifications of user stories.
• Develop and describe test cases.
• Execute and maintain automated tests using Tosca.
• Perform and test chain tests between different systems.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of test processes and methodologies.
• Analyze and test new changes, bug fixes, and incidents, including drafting test cases and scripts.

Requirements

• Minimum a completed HBO/WO (Bachelor/Master) degree.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Test Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of tools and techniques such as Excel, VBscript, MSSQL, Azure Storage Explorer, Soap UI, and Tosca.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Preferably experience working in a Scrum team.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Benefits

• Salary between €3,800 – €5,200 gross per month based on a 40-hour week.
• 13th month salary.
