Responsibilities

As a Test Coordinator within our organization, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a test strategy for our applications.
• Executing functional and regression tests in collaboration with administrators and end-users.
• Preparing test scripts and ensuring stable and secure operation of applications.
• Analyzing test results, preparing reports, and sharing findings with stakeholders such as administrators and management.
• Developing and promoting a test vision, including methodologies and automation.
• Documenting and reporting findings and defining action points.

Your work week will be dynamic and challenging:

• You will develop and manage test strategies, conduct tests, and ensure applications meet established standards.
• You will regularly interact with various teams and stakeholders to monitor progress and manage risks.
• You will play a strategic role in optimizing test processes and the quality of digital systems within the organization.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Tester, ready to transition to a Test Coordinator role.
• Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level.
• Completed T-Map or ISTQB certification.
• Experience with developing and implementing test strategies and policies.
• Ability to communicate your vision to colleagues within the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate test results into concrete actions.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
