Technical Solution Architect

Introduction

Do you want to play a key role in designing complex IT solutions within an enterprise environment? In this position, you will translate business needs into scalable and future-proof architectures, working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solution architectures for complex IT projects.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze integration issues and define architectural frameworks.
• Advise project teams on technology choices and best practices.
• Monitor quality, security, and compliance within solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• HBO Bachelor's degree in an IT field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience within IT (e.g., as an engineer, consultant, or project manager).
• Experience with or strong affinity for solution architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project-based work.
• Understanding of integration, infrastructure, and security principles.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud, SAP, or Oracle environments.
• Experience with enterprise architecture.
