    About the Position

    Introduction

    NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to communicate the latest advancements in AI Platform Software to the developer and user community. This role involves developing key technical content, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and acting as a champion for AI among NVIDIA's developers.

    Responsibilities

    • Investigate new training and inference features from a developer's perspective.
    • Write technical blog posts, user guides, and create reference examples.
    • Collaborate with internal and external deep learning engineers and researchers to build product-based training material and technical how-to content.
    • Engage directly with the developer community to champion AI within NVIDIA.
    • Improve product documentation for clarity and effectiveness for developers.
    • Provide community and customer feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance software value.
    • Guide deep learning developers by building code samples and proof-of-concept applications.
    • Benchmark and generate data to position NVIDIA's inference platforms as the most cost-effective.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 4+ years of practical experience in deep learning or machine learning, including academic research.
    • Hands-on experience with at least one training or inference framework (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, Megatron, TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, SGLang).
    • Solid understanding of Python or C/C++, programming techniques, and software development.
    • Demonstrated experience creating technical content for an audience (e.g., blog post, tutorial, documentation, conference talk, thesis chapter, public repository).
    • Passion for presenting to technical audiences and creating developer-focused content.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

    Nice to Have

    • Advanced knowledge of modern LLM and AI software architecture: attention kernels, parallelism strategies, quantization, KV cache management, and request scheduling.
    • Sustained contributions to publicly accessible AI projects or developer forums.
    • Experience running, tuning, or interpreting benchmarks on multi-GPU systems.
    • Experience explaining complex systems to new users.
