Introduction

Are you technically strong and looking to do more than just resolve incidents? In this role, you will work on the management and improvement of a critical application landscape. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to structural solutions and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize applications within the IT landscape
• Analyze and resolve incidents and disruptions
• Identify structural problems and propose improvements
• Support users and stakeholders
• Contribute ideas for changes and optimizations within applications
• Work with databases and execute simple SQL queries
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level OR relevant work experience
• Technical affinity and interest in application management
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work both operationally and improvement-focused
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
