In this role, you will be responsible for the stable and secure functioning of applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Monitoring the functioning of IT products and IT infrastructure.
• Managing, maintaining, and optimizing applications and systems.
• Installing, configuring, and integrating IT solutions.
• Managing authorizations and implementing security measures.
• Resolving incidents and executing changes and releases.
• Supporting users with technical questions and problems.
• Drawing up and maintaining technical documentation and work instructions.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to process optimization.
• Installing and testing IT systems and associated components.
• Monitoring performance and ensuring continuity and availability.

Requirements

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in IT or Informatics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical application management.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of networks and IT security.
• Strong advisory skills and communicative proficiency.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Quality-oriented and accurate.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
