Tech Recruiter (Government Focus)

Introduction

Are you ready to make an impact in the world of Tech recruitment and contribute to projects within the Dutch Central Government? As a Government Recruiter at Experis in Gouda, you will connect scarce Tech talent with organizations such as the Ministry of Defense, Interior and Kingdom Relations, and Foreign Affairs.

Within the Government Team, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. You will be the connecting link between candidates, partners, and clients, ensuring an optimal candidate experience from first contact to placement.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish appealing job descriptions.
• Actively search for and approach Tech professionals through various online channels.
• Conduct telephone and in-person intake interviews.
• Assess candidates based on experience, skills, and motivation.
• Guide candidates throughout the entire application process.

Requirements

• Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter in a commercial environment.
• Experience within Tech recruitment is a plus.
• Availability of 32 - 40 hours per week.
• Proficient in the Dutch language, essential for communication with clients and colleagues.
• A significant dose of courage and energy.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
