Introduction

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four Developers and two Application Managers.
• Be responsible for various AS400 projects.
• Ensure planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure clear communication regarding project progress.
• Identify risks and problems and develop strategies to address them effectively.

Requirements

• You have a completed HBO degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Extensive experience with AS400.
• You have knowledge of IBM iSeries hardware and operating system.
• You preferably have experience with DB2/400.
• You preferably have experience with RPG.
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
• You possess strong leadership and team management skills.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
