Responsibilities

As a Team Lead Applications, you will manage a team of functional and technical application administrators. You will ensure that IT systems run smoothly and continue to evolve. Your responsibilities include maintaining oversight, fostering collaboration, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Your tasks will include:

• Coaching, guiding, and developing your team members.
• Overseeing the design, development, integration, and lifecycle management of applications.
• Collaborating with IT and business departments to deliver solutions.
• Managing vendor relationships and ensuring the quality of services.
• Contributing ideas for improvements and innovation in application management.
• Participating in the recruitment and development of new colleagues.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading and coaching IT teams.
• Strong people management skills, including experience with line management.
• Must be a resident of the Netherlands with permanent EU citizenship and passport (no dual nationality).
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to undergo screening and provide references.
• Self-reliant, energetic, and proactive.
• Experience with vendor management or collaboration with external partners (preferred).
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management (preferred).
• Experience in a high-tech or engineering environment (preferred).
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Benefits

• Salary between €5,000 - €6,700 per month (depending on knowledge and experience) based on a 40-hour week.
• 40-hour work week.
• 25 vacation days + the option to buy an additional 13 days.
