About the Position

Introduction

Anchorage Digital is building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. As a Talent, Research & Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building top-tier talent pipelines for our Product, Design, and Engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to positively impact the growth of Anchorage Digital and the broader digital assets ecosystem during a pivotal financial evolution.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for Product, Design, and Engineering roles, including security, trading, blockchain, backend, frontend, product design, brand design, and product managers.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage various channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates, such as job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Google X-ray.
Assess candidate profiles based on technical stacks and programming languages to ensure a strong fit for open roles.
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural alignment with Anchorage Digital.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever, LinkedIn, ModernLoop, and other sourcing platforms.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
Source and recruit for all Anchorage Digital locations: United States, Portugal, and Singapore.
Clearly articulate Anchorage Digital's full suite of products and offerings to potential candidates.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Drive stakeholder education by training hiring managers on sourcing best practices, market trends, and candidate engagement.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial engagement process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence within the crypto and tech talent landscape.

Requirements

Global sourcing experience or a demonstrated ability to quickly understand and strategize for different talent markets.
Experience working in the crypto industry, specifically sourcing Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
Experience with high-volume sourcing within private, growth-stage companies (Series A-D), where equity is a significant part of compensation.
Extensive experience with in-house and/or agency sourcing.
Strong desire and ability to uncover top talent through creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport swiftly.
A curious and humble approach, eager to contribute to a culture of transparency and shared understanding.

Nice to Have

Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and techniques beyond basic LinkedIn Recruiter.
Understanding of the digital assets ecosystem and Anchorage Digital's position within it.
