Responsibilities

• Coach, guide, and inspire IT professionals, focusing on their professional and personal growth.
• Delve into their ambitions and talents, matching them with challenging projects at leading clients.
• Act as the fixed point of contact and advisor for your Rockstars on all aspects of their careers.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals, continuously sourcing and retaining new talent.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to create perfect matches between Rockstars and projects.
• Actively participate in Chapter activities, fostering an inspiring environment for knowledge sharing and personal growth.
• Contribute to the development of our internal talent program and be a key ambassador of the Rockstars culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Manager or a similar role (recruiter, consultant, or coach) within the IT sector.
• Completed HBO or university education.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high degree of understanding.
• Excellent networking abilities, adept at connecting people.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and possess a hands-on mentality.
• Affinity with the IT world and up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
