Introduction

Backbase is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Operations & AI Enablement Manager to join their team. In this role, you will define and execute strategies to optimize talent acquisition processes, leverage AI technologies, and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Operations strategy aligned with Backbase's growth objectives and overall TA vision.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new talent acquisition technologies, including AI-powered tools for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Streamline and automate recruitment workflows, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains across the entire candidate lifecycle.
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
• Develop and deliver training programs and resources to equip recruiters and hiring managers with the skills and knowledge to effectively utilize TA tools and processes.
• Analyze TA data and metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of new initiatives, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies (especially in AI for TA), and regulatory changes to ensure Backbase remains at the forefront of talent acquisition innovation.
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of TA operations with broader organizational systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the TA team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new, effective approaches.
• Champion data privacy and compliance within all TA operations and technology implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, with a strong focus on process optimization and technology implementation.
• Proven experience in evaluating, implementing, and managing AI-powered tools within a TA function.
• Expert-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., CRM, scheduling tools, assessment platforms).
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
