System Engineer Verification & Validation

Introduction

Are you analytically strong and energized by structuring and testing complex requirements within technical projects? In this role, you will play a key position in ensuring quality within industrial automation projects. You will help project teams make their processes more efficient and consistent through the proper application of Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, and document requirements from various stakeholders.
• Set up and manage the Systems Engineering environment.
• Develop verification plans and improve verification processes.
• Check the completeness and accuracy of pass/fail criteria.
• Collaborate with technical managers and fellow System Engineers across multiple projects.
• Participate in knowledge and improvement meetings within the SE team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering (Leidraad SE – Rijkswaterstaat).
• Experience with requirements management or verification and validation processes.
• Analytical and structured working approach.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Relatics or similar systems.
• Experience within industrial automation or infrastructure projects.

• Salary between €4,000 and €5,200 per month, depending on experience.
