System and Network Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the internal IT environment (Microsoft environment).
• Maintain on-premise and cloud servers.
• Support users with hardware and software issues.
• Configure and manage laptops, servers, licenses, and Intune.
• Manage integrations between systems (such as AFAS, Exact, and Synergy).
• Automate recurring processes via scripting.
• Advise on cloud migration and security issues.
• Ensure stability, continuity, and further professionalization of the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• You have at least an MBO-4 ICT education or equivalent work and thinking level.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator within a Microsoft environment.
• You have knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, MS 365, Intune, and license management.
• You have an affinity for application management (AFAS, Exact, Synergy).
• You are communicative and hands-on.
• You demonstrate ownership and can communicate with both end-users and management.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001.
