About the Position

Introduction

Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a talented Strategy & Operations Analyst for the LATAM region. This role is crucial in driving data-backed strategic decisions, enhancing marketing effectiveness, and optimizing user experiences across our diverse product offerings.

Responsibilities

Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports to effectively track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI).
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to define data requirements and provide analytical support for business decisions.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to inform and refine marketing strategies.
Utilize data visualization tools to present complex insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Perform user conversion, behavioral preferences, and segmentation analysis, establishing a long-term effective data monitoring system and user operation framework.
Conduct operational testing, activity analysis, and evaluate marketing initiatives with rigorous statistical validity, translating findings into actionable business suggestions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of presenting findings effectively.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
Experience with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a bonus.
