About the Position

Introduction

As a Staff UX Researcher at Freshworks, you will be instrumental in advancing the company's understanding of its global user base. This high-impact, mixed-methods role requires bridging the gap between behavioral data and human sentiment. You will operate as a strategic partner, utilizing advanced analytics and qualitative deep dives to mold the future of workplace software for over 75,000 customers.

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of how Freshworks understands its global user base.
Bridge the gap between behavioral data and human sentiment.
Utilize advanced analytics and qualitative deep dives to shape product strategy.
Employ 'vibe coding' tools like Lovable and Figma Make for rapid prototyping and immediate customer validation.
Develop custom AI agents/bots for querying research repositories and generating synthetic personas.
Leverage platforms like Maze and Great Questions to democratize research across the organization.
Maintain high rigor through AI-assisted synthesis of research data.
Draft initial versions of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) using AI.
Collaborate directly with senior leadership to steer product strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX Researcher, preferably in a Staff or equivalent role.
Expertise in mixed-methods research approaches.
Strong background in advanced analytics and qualitative research methodologies.
Experience with rapid prototyping tools and techniques (e.g., Lovable, Figma Make).
Proficiency in developing and utilizing AI agents or custom bots for research.
Familiarity with scaling discovery platforms such as Maze and Great Questions.
Ability to apply AI-assisted synthesis techniques.
Experience in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
Postgraduate degree.
