Introduction

Pinterest is seeking a high-level Technical Program Manager to steer their Machine Learning and Generative AI infrastructure. This role is about defining the 'AI-first' execution model for the entire company, not just managing schedules. You will take charge of complex projects involving LLM serving, agent architectures, and cross-functional platform scaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects involving LLM serving, agent architectures, and cross-functional platform scaling.
• Define and implement an 'AI-first' execution model for the entire company.
• Utilize vibe coding techniques and modern AI coding assistants to prototype internal tools, data dashboards, and risk-tracking agents.
• Automate repetitive program management tasks into streamlined workflows.
• Influence the roadmap for Pinterest’s 'Helix' agent platform.
• Set the standard for AI governance and safety-by-design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong background in Technical Program Management.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI infrastructure.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted automation in program management.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering and strategic leadership.
