As a Staff Engineer on the Frontend Platform team, you will establish and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for our frontend infrastructure across the organization. This will include evangelizing engineering best practices, driving improvements in developer experience, and partnering with product teams to build scalable, reliable, and performant frontend systems. Staff Engineers on Frontend Platform are Klaviyo's frontend technical experts, providing critical guidance and leadership on projects ranging from framework migrations to our component design system.
