Klaviyo is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. As a Staff Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of large-scale projects, mentor other engineers, and contribute to our platform's overall architecture. You'll work on critical features that directly impact our customers, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

As a Staff Software Engineer, Product, you will:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex, cross-functional projects.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Contribute to the long-term architectural vision and roadmap of the Klaviyo platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code in Python, Go, and TypeScript.
• Participate in on-call rotations and help ensure the reliability and performance of our services.
• Champion best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across various services.
