About the Position

About the Team:

Faire's Product Infrastructure (PI) team is building out the foundations that power our product-focused teams. As a Staff Software Engineer, Product on our PI team, you will establish product engineering best practices, provide technical leadership, and own strategic technical initiatives across the company. You will lead significant improvements to Faire's product from the lowest levels of our request stack, all the way to the UI frameworks product teams use and the developer experiences they enable.

Role

As an engineering leader on the team, you’ll be an influential voice on team strategy and roadmap while driving technical alignment across teams. You will work on critical projects that impact a wide range of teams throughout the entire engineering organization, and will be given a wide-ranging, holistic view of Faire's entire product development process.
