About the Position

Figma is a collaborative interface design tool. As a Staff Software Engineer, Integrations, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of integrated experiences within the Figma ecosystem. You'll partner with product and design to ensure our integrations are seamless and delightful for users, building the connective tissue that empowers designers and developers to leverage Figma's capabilities across their workflows.

What you'll do at Figma:

Influence and shape the technical direction for integrations at Figma, ensuring scalability, reliability, and an exceptional developer experience.
Design and implement robust, performant APIs and services for external partners and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver features that enhance the integration ecosystem.
Serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior engineers, and driving best practices across the team.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our integration platform.
Debug and resolve complex issues across various integration points, ensuring stability and performance.
Contribute to the overall engineering culture at Figma through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Actively participate in the hiring interview process.
