Figma is a collaborative interface design tool. We help teams create products together. We’re looking for a Full Stack Staff Software Engineer to join our Design Systems team. The Design Systems team builds the foundational components and libraries that power Figma and FigJam. This includes our component library, design tokens, icons, and developer tooling.

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Design Systems team, you’ll be responsible for the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of our core design system infrastructure. This role involves a deep understanding of web technologies, front-end frameworks (React), and back-end services. You’ll work closely with design, product, and other engineering teams to ensure the design system is robust, scalable, and easy to use.
