Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack (Remote - US)

Figma is growing and we're looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our team, working fully remotely in the US. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the core product of a company that is redefining how people design and build products. You will be instrumental in building the services and APIs that power Figma, and creating impactful features across our suite of tools. As a Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack at Figma, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex features and services across our fullstack.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our systems.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and vision of the engineering organization.
