Figma Staff Software Engineers play a critical role in developing and delivering the best product for our users. We're looking for experienced, entrepreneurial engineers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for shipping large-scale projects that impact our users and business, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and execute on the biggest opportunities.

What you'll do at Figma:

• Design, build, and maintain features end-to-end
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for the team, contributing to technical strategy and architectural decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product, design, and research to understand complex problems and identify opportunities to improve the user experience and impact the business
• Drive the best engineering practices and help us continuously improve as a team
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation
