Staff Software Engineer

At Klaviyo, Staff Software Engineers are both excellent individual contributors and technical leaders. You will contribute to our most important and complex technical challenges, and ensure our systems are built for scale, reliability, and security.

Staff Engineers also provide technical mentorship, influence technical strategy and roadmap, and define and evangelize best practices. You will work within an engineering team focused on a particular area (e.g. platform, product, infrastructure) and collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers. Along the way, you have opportunities to contribute to recruiting, participate in interviews, and help drive Klaviyo's overall engineering culture.
