Introduction

Maven Clinic is seeking a design leader to revolutionize healthcare for families using AI-native interfaces. This role focuses on the execution of AI interactions in sensitive areas like fertility and maternity care, moving beyond traditional layouts to build high-fidelity, functional prototypes. You will ensure AI-driven insights are delivered with empathy and precision.

Responsibilities

• Influence backend architecture and model behavior while shipping functional code.
• Develop scalable AI-powered patterns and components within a consumer-grade design system.
• Lead the transition towards AI fluency across the organization, mentoring others in LLM-assisted tools.
• Navigate complex healthcare challenges to build trusted systems for millions of users.

Requirements

• Proficiency with design tools (beyond Figma) such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma AI.
• Ability to apply a "vibe coding" mindset to establish standards for human-AI handoffs and confidence indicators.
• Experience using natural language and advanced prompting for platform development.
• Strong technical depth to influence architecture and ship functional code.
• Systemic thinking to develop scalable AI-powered patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams in AI fluency.
