Introduction

As a Staff Product Designer at Jasper, an AI-first pioneer, you will define the interface patterns for the generative AI era. This role involves leading end-to-end projects from initial concepts to functional, production-ready interfaces, ensuring an intentional and high-end user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects from conceptualization to functional interfaces.
• Define interface patterns for the generative AI era.
• Ensure every interaction is intentional and high-end.
• Prototype with speed using a modern "vibe coding" workflow (Cursor, v0, Claude).
• Translate design intent directly into JSX.
• Bridge the gap between visual ideas and working products using AI assistance.

Requirements

• Fluent in Figma and React.
• Experience leveraging "vibe coding" workflow tools like Cursor, v0, and Claude.
• Ability to prototype with high speed and translate design intent into JSX.
• Senior expertise in the evolving AI landscape.
• 5-10 years of experience (as per tag: '5-10 years').

Nice to Have

• Strong background in Product Design, Visual Design, UI Design, and Interaction Design.
• Experience with Prototyping, User Experience, Design Systems, and Product Strategy.
• Strong communication skills.
