Introduction

Alchemy, a leading Web3 developer platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be a critical technical partner for our most strategic customers across the APAC region, helping them design, integrate, and optimize their blockchain applications. Responsibilities

• Write code and develop solutions to help users leverage the full potential of Alchemy's platform.
• Collaborate with top-tier teams to design, scale, and optimize their use of Alchemy’s infrastructure, covering areas from smart contract automation to custom data pipelines.
• Deeply understand customer objectives, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and successful product deployment.
• Act as the voice of our developer community, translating their needs into actionable product insights and roadmap priorities.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing technical challenges, facilitating future planning, and tracking success metrics.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to enhance the overall user experience and rapidly incorporate feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong foundational knowledge in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture.
• Proven experience working directly with customers, ideally within a B2B SaaS or infrastructure environment.
• Proficiency in writing and reading code, with experience in Python, TypeScript, or other similar scripting languages.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Genuine passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the underlying infrastructure, coupled with a strong desire to learn and grow in the space.
