Introduction

As a Solution Consultant, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure and Cloud environments for our clients. You provide independent and expert advice based on business needs to our customers, translating these, together with account managers, into scalable solutions. This includes projects and themes around Microsoft 365, Azure, the modern workplace, Intune, and Zero Trust.

You will be involved from start to finish: from advice and design to execution and seamless handover to operations. During projects, you often serve as the technical point of contact for both the client and your colleagues. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the ongoing development of our services and product portfolio.

You will work in a hybrid model: from home, at client locations (mainly in the South and Central Netherlands), or at our friendly and modern office in Eindhoven. You will collaborate with a close-knit team of consultants, architects, project managers, and Managed Services colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and successfully deliver complex IT infrastructure and Cloud environments.
• Provide independent and expert advice based on client business needs.
• Translate client needs into scalable solutions, collaborating with account managers.
• Lead projects related to Microsoft 365, Azure, modern workplace, Intune, and Zero Trust.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients and colleagues during projects.
• Actively contribute to the development of services and product portfolio.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar consultancy role.
• Deep technical knowledge of, for example, Microsoft 365, Azure, workplace infrastructure, security, and cloud migrations.
• Ability to translate complex IT challenges into workable solutions.
• A customer-oriented approach and a natural drive to deliver quality.
• Strong communication skills.
• A hands-on mentality and a proactive approach.
• Above all, a pleasant colleague to work with.
• Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, preferably Veeam.
