About the Position

Introduction

As a Solution Architect at Team Rockstars IT, you will be the technical authority and strategic mind behind innovative IT solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure architectures. You will play a crucial role in designing complex systems, selecting appropriate technologies, and guiding development teams through implementation. At Team Rockstars IT, you will have the freedom to pioneer, deepen your expertise, and make an impact on leading projects for our clients, with a focus on Blockchain, Cloud, Data Engineering, Security, or Software Architecture.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical authority and strategic leader for IT solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand and translate their needs into robust, scalable, and secure architectures.
Design complex systems and select appropriate technologies.
Guide development teams during implementation.
Focus on projects involving Blockchain, Cloud, Data Engineering, Security, or Software Architecture.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with various technologies and platforms, such as cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and databases.
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level.
Dutch language skills preferred (working knowledge required for this role based in the Netherlands).
