Introduction

Alchemy is seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with Alchemy's most strategic customers, helping them design scalable systems, optimize performance, and innovate within the blockchain infrastructure space. You will act as a technical partner, bridging the gap between cutting-edge use cases and robust infrastructure, while shaping Alchemy's future through your insights into real-world needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop code and technical solutions to empower users to fully leverage Alchemy’s platform.
• Collaborate with top-tier teams to design, scale, and optimize their use of Alchemy’s infrastructure, covering areas from smart contract automation to custom data pipelines.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer goals to proactively assist with onboarding, integration, and deployment of powerful products.
• Serve as the voice of the developer community, translating developer needs into actionable product insights and roadmap priorities.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts, navigating technical challenges, contributing to future planning, and defining success metrics.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to enhance the overall user experience and facilitate rapid feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
• Strong foundational understanding of systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers, ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in writing and reading code, with experience in Python, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• A strong passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the underlying infrastructure, coupled with a curiosity and eagerness to learn.
